For art this week we would like you to draw your own robot following a step by step guide on this video: . Remember once your drawing is complete you could add some shading as we previously have done in class or you might just want to colour it. Don't forget to tweet your work so we can see your masterpieces!

Following on from our lessons with Victoria we would like you to create your own loop using garage band, that represents the sound of a robot. Remember to focus on strings, percussion and bass to begin with. You could also create a range of loops depending on the situation your robot is in. It could be tense, it could be relaxing....

Using your research from last week, create a power point all about robots

You should include;

  • Front page slide
  • Contents slide
  • 4 slides of your choice which answer the questions
  • An image on each slide
  • Hyperlinks (to either a website or within your power point)

Reminder of questions

  • What is a robot?
  • What are robots used for?
  • Do we have robots in our homes?
  • When were robots invented?
  • Have robots changed?
  • How can robots help humans?
  • Which countries make robots?
  • How are robots made?
  • How are robots controlled?
  • What are robots made from?
