If you would like to apply for a place in our School Nursery you can complete the data collection sheet and email it across to office@baileygreenprimary.org.uk

You MUST apply through North Tyneside Council for your place in Reception at Bailey Green Primary School. Full information on how to apply for a place in the school (including an online application form) is available on North Tyneside Council’s website

If you wish to apply for a place in any other year group at Bailey Green Primary School (Key stages 1 and 2), then you should complete an in year application form which can be downloaded from North Tyneside Council’s website
